Bio

A native of the other Washington, Eunice started playing the violin at age 15.  As a soloist she has won concerto competitions at Shenandoah Conservatory and George Mason University, where she earned her Bachelor of Music in violin performance. Eunice made her solo debut with Columbia Orchestra in MD, under the musical guidance of Daniel Heifetz. Her other musical guides include violinists Marc Ramirez, Edwin Johonnott, Charles Castleman and Eric Friedman. Eunice had the opportunity to work with and perform alongside members of the National Symphony Orchestra. Since founding Mozart for a Cure Eunice put on its first concert to benefit the Cancer Research Institute, performing as a soloist alongside members of the Northwest Symphony Orchestra. Most recently Mozart for a Cure fundraised for the Fred Hutch Cancer Research Center and St Jude Children’s Hospital. In addition to the classical genre, Eunice enjoys performing a variety of music including jazz, tango, and other modern styles.
